I had hired Empire Moving Group to move my daughter's belongings from CA to West Chicago, IL. That hire was to become a big mistake. Empire assured me they'd be in control the whole way yet then hired Van Lines Express Brand LLC to deliver our goods. Between both, they managed to lose track of our items, kept dodging our calls and kept us on edge for weeks. At one point they literally had no clue who had our items or where those items were. Empire gave me conflicting updates that were different from Van Lines and Van Lines couldn't find their way out of a paper bag.  I managed track the items down after receiving a text from a completely different company that stated Van Line dropped off our items with them to be sent to Unlimited Moving. I then drove to the Unlimited Moving facility to be sure my items were there. Thankfully the staff at Unlimited Moving met with me to put things right by promising to deliver my items the very next day. I'd say they were the diamond in the rough after Empire and Van Lines had failed at their basic functions and caused us undo stress. What a relief it was to work with the staff at Unlimited. The crew arrived the next morning and even helped bring a few of the bigger items up a few porch steps into the door. Very professional, respectful, and considerate. A big "Thank You" to the staff over at Unlimited!

We had a terrible experience with this moving company. They lost 40% of our valuable belongings. At the time of delivery 50% of the boxes were damaged broken. They promised to reimburse us and haven’t taken any action. The moving quote was given by Pinacle Van lines. When we approached them they literally said they had nothing to do with Unlimited moving company. It was a nightmare.

They made our office move a great experience from the beginning. The crew showed up ready to work with a professional attitude and appearance. When the plan changed, they took the news better than I did and showed up the day with extra help to make the day go smoothly. I would highly recommend UNLIMITED MOVING , with use them again if the need arrives.

We had an amazing experience with Unlimited moving and storage. Henry and his team of movers called us in the morning to see if they could show up early due to a cancellation. They helped us pack up a few remaining items that weren't packed yet and wrapped all our furniture for the move and they were FAST. Well Done!!!!

This company does not deserve any stars! Working with them has been a nightmare. I have been lied to continuously, which resulted in two extra airline tickets that I had to purchase when I was told my father‘s furniture was going to arrive in Colorado, and it hadn’t even left Chicago. Furthermore, the dispatcher Ezra Silver, was condescending, and even accused me of lying to him about flying to Colorado! It was three weeks of hell working with these people. The man who finally delivered the furniture told me he had only picked it up two days before the delivery… I had to put in literally hundreds of calls over the three weeks, just to find out where the furniture was. It wasn’t picked up on the first or second day that I was told it would be picked up. they gave me a 24 hour call, and then left me waiting for seven hours while I expected them but they never came. Nor was it delivered by the date promised   Don’t use this company or any of its subsidiaries such as discount Van lines, who wrote my original contract. They operate out of Delaware, Florida, and Chicago.

Run as far away as you can from this company!!!! The worst moving experience of my life! We were moving from Illinois to Washington. They were subcontracted by New Leaf Moving Group SCAMMERS!!! RUN FROM THEM AS WELL! which I didn't know until they showed up at my door on moving day. My costs went up another $9,000 making my move over $40,000 from my initial 11,000 quote in the very beginning. We walked through my house with Unlimited. Told them what to pack and what not to. Luckily my son was keeping an eye on them as they packed a whole bunch of stuff that was staying with the house as we sold our home. Also, one of their employees went into my master bathroom told to stay out of there, opened my closed makeup bag and stole my 2 wedding rings. We had to call the local police, which delayed the workers 2.5 hours. 30 minutes after the police left, my rings magically appeared on a lower concrete shelf in the garage a place I have not been near in months. Police called back. I did not pursue charges as my rings would have been held for evidence until case was completed up to a year. The only thing Unlimited said was he'd fire the 2 workers. What good that did me! Then almost 2 weeks later, today, my stuff finally arrives. They wanted to charge me another 1,000 for steps. NO WAY! To top it all off today, my son and I helped the 2 guys as 1 guy was a no show unwrap and move some furniture. We had damaged items which I am awaiting a response on this and the workers did NOT put everything together. Unlimited left a bunch of garbage at my old home which I got charged a cleaning fee by the new owners and at this house. Why should I have to clean up your garbage. I paid THEM to do that and to put everything together. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

The team of 3 arrived right on time and they were efficient, careful with our objects, and very friendly. I will use UNLIMITED MOVING AND STORAGE again for the next move and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great moving company. They are the best!

I never used them personally and I never will. I follow someone's social media platform and they have been waiting for their furniture to arrive for almost 30 days. That's unbelievable, especially for the price that was paid for the service. I feel so bad the family, I can't imagine waiting for your belongings for almost 30 days. This family has been getting the run around and several different arrival dates that have come and gone. I'll be moving long distance in the upcoming months and I definitely won't be using this company, I suggest you don't either. I don't know how they have all these great reviews, sounds like lies to me.

These men are friendly and well-versed in all parts of moving! They know how to load and unload. They handled every piece of furniture, package, and personal possession with the same care as they would their own. You can rely on this company if you need a reputable moving company.

They took extra care to ensure that my belongings would reach my new house in one piece. Moreover, they double-checked to ensure my furniture was assembled properly, as I had shown them how to do. We will be utilizing their services once again.
