Waiting all day for a Adult Only Signature Package, driver said I was not home! I tried to call and got absolutely no help. Basically they said, they will try again in 3 days. They had no communication with me and could care less that I spent my entire day waiting. Go UPS!

There is no option for zero stars. FedEx never dropped off my payroll checks and the driver said the business was closed and no one was available. This day I just happened to be in the office which is also my home and not a single vehicle came down my driveway from 1:00 pm and it is now 8:00 pm and still no vehicles. Not only did they not get my checks here so my employees get paid on payday but the driver lied about attempting to deliver. I live on a 2,000 feet dead end and can see and hear every footstep and car coming down the gravel.

This company is a joke. people still order through fedex ?. We will treat your packages like dirt.Throw hd tvs,laptops,computers, glass windows and other fragile items off 7-10 ft drops down shoots which bang off the walls repeatedly damaging your mail even more. I feel sorry for whoever order through fedex.lol

NO OPTION FOR NEGATIVE 50 STARS!!! FedEx in Middleboro MA is absolutely the worst facility in existence!!!!! The driver claims that the number of my street doesn't exist, this has happened two weeks in a row, yet when your map the address it comes up without a problem, hmmmmm, lazy stupid ass driver is more like it!!!!! Then when you get a email notice that your package won't be delivered as promised, you press the link to go to customer support, but the page can't be found, and there's no phone number to be had!!!!! Beyond pissed at this point!!!!! Save yourself the hassle and don't use this FedEx facility for deliveries!

Worst service I have ever experienced. I just finished filling a complaint with the BBB against FedEx in general. I have been trying to receive my package for 8 days straight. I have called more the a dozen times and spoken to more then two dozen reps(seriously, I'm not exaggerating). I have been told several times my package would be delivered by reps and managers alike and they still have not sent it out for delivery as they keep assuring me. I am now solely devoted to never purchasing anything that is to be delivered by FedEx ever again. This is the first time i have ever filled a complaint with BBB and only the second time ever on Google. I will be contacting Corporate headquarters as soon as I can make a call during the bank hours I work.
