I have rented here for many years. Charlene is a fantastic person, She's helped me in many ways. She keeps this facility is super clean. 
The facility is easily accessed and has very reasonable rates.
I feel very comfortable having my precious things stored here with the security measures they take to protect us. 
They also carry an abundance of items great for moving and storing. They give us a discount on boxes, tape, packing supplies and more just for renting with them.

More important than having *been* a customer for several years, is the fact that we *chose* to remain a customer.  That is all due to how well the facility is maintained---thanks to the excellent management of the Middleboro site manager, Charlene.  She makes sure this Storage Direct is always immaculate inside and out, well lit, and at a reasonable temperature.  She is most accommodating and truly concerned about her clients and their possessions.  We have never had a problem, and store there worry-free.

Great Place to store all your extra stuff. Super clean and heated building with a GREAT Helpful & friendly Staff. 
Easy access even if towing a trailer. Prices are VERY reasonable.

Great place, Military family rented for two years until we moved further away. Charlene is  one of the nicest people I have ever met and helped us with an issue when we moved out. Great place, highly recommend.
