Started out as a bad experience, but ended good. Make sure to get a manager to help you out if you don't you will be stuck with someone who has no idea what they are doing. I brought a color swatch in and he told me to "pick one that was close to it" I'm no paint specialist but I don't think that's how it works. I spoke with a manager for about 5 minutes and he had my color matched and I was out the door with my paint while giving me some great suggestions on how to paint my cabinets!

Terrible product and even worse customer support. We purchased 12 gallons of their "top" exterior deck stain last summer and it has been a complete bust. Our deck was professionally cleaned and stripped of old paint and we used a paint contractor that has done many great jobs for us over the last couple years both interior and exterior. He stained the deck in perfect conditions, warm, dry and low humidity. The stain has cracked and peeled everywhere. We were much better off with old worn stain than this mess. Sherwin gave us a soft stiff arm but eventually sent someone out to look at it. He said we need to produce the cans we used despite all the information from our purchase order being in their computers. Several follow ups by both me and our contractor have been ignored. Very frustrating to pay up for advertised quality and get results like this and such a poor customer care experience. The entire deck looks like the photos and this is less than 1 year old.
