*NOTE* This is not a review of the store. Store was helpful for loading the crate. This is a review for FedEx in general *Review* What's the point of insuring a package against mishandling if you don't own up to the damage that was accorded during transit and poor handling? 4K item in a nice wooden crate with metal reinforcements; no visible outside damage to the crate. FRAGILE Label clearly visible. 110 pounds, dual lift required label also visible. Item inside well secured and package but heavily damaged with parts all over the place. Judging from the damage it could only result from the crate being dropped numerous of times from a height of over two feet. Took pictures, made a claim, only to be told that 'it was properly package and not the fault of the company or from mishandling'. Or you $^*(ing kidding me? A blind man could see that the crate was improperly handled. How does it need to be package it you already has foam pads and shipping blankets with plastic air bags, FedEx? To be suspended from the air magically???

Employees at this store are awesome - I've been using this location for over a year on a weekly basis and haven't had a single bad experience. They did move to a new location in February 2018 which hopefully gets updated by Google at some point - new address is behind the Applebee's at the intersection of S Main Street and W Taft Rd

Amanda is SO great- I seem to get her everytime I stop in over the past couple years and she always goes above and beyond. We love this location and appreciate the awesome service.
