I ordered snow tires and was told to come in almost a week later on a Wednesday to have them put on. I drove all the way there just to be told quite rudely the tires still had not come in. I waited almost 2 weeks for the tires to arrive, and then was told I would have a wait time of up to 4 hours on the day THEY told me to come in. I was told to call back later and ended up having to call back 3 times that day in order to check in with them as to when I should come in. Eventually I was told 3pm. I arrived at 3pm only to be told I 'only' had a 2 hour wait time as it would be an hour before they even pulled my car in! I'm happy to be flexible with stores/people that are considerate while being short staffed, however this location was rude and just plain didn't care about me as a customer. To top everything off they proceeded to try and charge me a 2nd time. I would absolutely avoid this location and am shocked they're still in business with the low quality associates they have chosen to employ.

Went in to get new tires in Oct. Jerk with a long beard knowingly sold me bad tires, the cheapest they had told me they were good. Afterwards car kept drifting to the left they told me it was the tire and to come in and they would switch it. Well they switch the left and right tires that didn't work. Told me I needed to get an alignment so I did and that didn't help. Then they told me to come back in again they swap it back and worst case scenario upgrade me to a better Tire. Well that didn't help either. No after 2 weeks of the same guy telling me that it's the tire problem, they have one of their guys drive my car on the Block. Now all of a sudden it's a drivetrain issue and has nothing to do with the tire that he's told me was the problem for weeks. I went to three different garages and they all told me I was being swindled by this guy that they are trying to wash their hands of me. So I go back and talk to the guy with the beard and I assumed the manager, and once again they say it's my problem now. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy unless you enjoy getting screwed over and lie to your face.

Thier claims is " Huge in-stock tire selection and prices that won't be beat. Call us today. We'll Beat Any Tire Price. Top Tire Brands. Online Appointments. Fast Service." I agree with most of that and do use them occasionally but the past several visits they tried to upsell me products I didnt want or think that I needed. I admit if you say no, they wont pressure you much and they are fast and have the multiple locations around the state to cover thier warrantied repairs. Great tire service btw !
