We went there at 9 PM Sunday for some emergency copies of Blue Prints that we needed next day for an emergency building department project due the next day at 8 AM. The one worker was nice but they only had 5 pieces of 24" x 36" size paper so after much ado the worker emailed our DPF file to the Poway store and told us the worker would get started and have our 30 page order started or ready when we got there. Wrong after getting gas and arriving at about 10:30 PM wife was told none of the 2 printers working as could not connect to computer... then after much ado used or USB stick to started printing a few pages until the printer stopped working and they tried turning off and on about 3 times after 5 or 10 minutes for one print at a time etc. for more than 2 hours. Finally left after more than two hours at about 12:30 AM and had to figure out how to get printing started at 7 AM the next morning and take to meeting at 8:00 AM and . At least PB Fed express was able to start and finish job the next morning around 7:00 am and we were only a few minutes late to the Combination Code appointment

Staff was very polite. When my poster came out incorrect, they worked with me to make it right. I came in several times for consultation, and each time I experienced quality service. Thank you Karen and team!

Staff was friendly and helpful when I was getting stuff laminated. I've also picked up packages here. Being open 24/7 is clutch.

I frequently use this office to print portfolios and other presentation material. The staff is consistently knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help. The output is always excellent quality.

Great customer service. Ryan provided a creative solution to a time-sensitive matter, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and thankful for his persistence in getting the job done right and ahead of schedule. This is why I continue to return for both business and personal needs.
