By far, the worst place I have EVER rented from. Hours are from 7am to 7pm (good luck getting the hours extended to 9 if they don't like you) The staff is not friendly or accommodating and act as if they are doing you a favor not as an establishment grateful for their patrons and your business or as customer service representatives of a business would/should twords their clients. Over priced AND rent went up after a couple months. Two thumbs down... Way down⬇❌. If you can find any other place to rent a unit from, RUN!🏃and don't look back.

The prices are good and the staff is very helpful and polite. I feel like my things are safe and I don't have to worry. The hours are 7am to 7pm.. but if I need access later, all I need to do is ask them for late access.

Definitely one of the better storage places that I have dealt with. They are honest and upfront about everything. There are no hidden charges or surprises. 24-hour a day access is extremely convenient. I have been very happy with service to date.

Great and helpful office crew but very hard to get a hold of them on the phone. Some days it's impossible

Friendly and attentive staff. Good price and close to UTC. Had issue with roof earlier in 2017 but promptly replaced and repaired issues.
