Regarding their public scale they can only give out a gross weight, axle weights are not given..  their company policy. I have to go south bound about 20 miles to to National City + So Cal truck stop for an axle weight scale.

Everyone was very patient and willing to cater to my schedule, even coming out a second time to re-estimate the cost of the move after I delayed for several months.
The movers were very professional and courteous.  Everything was packaged carefully.  The one item damaged during the move was pointed out to me promptly (a cabinet leg with previous poor repair).
Total cost was less than the estimated price.
Overall, the best interaction I have had with moving companies.

Given the highly competitive environment for this service, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and courteous support provided by Ace during every aspect of our move.  I needed to secure a moving company and complete the process in less than three weeks, and Ace was able to meet these aggressive goals.  The estimator was on-time for our in-home inspection, and answered all of our questions with a deep breadth of knowledge. On moving day, the workers were well-prepared and diligent.  They listened to our needs/concerns, and completed the move with care. Although the entire move took longer than originally estimated, the company stood behind their promise to keep overall price at the maximum agreed during inspection. I absolutely recommend their services for any local move in the San Diego area.

Never encounter such rude drivers/movers as these guys.  They are moving  a resident out of the condo complex and have been blocking a driveway all day since before 9 AM it is now 4:45PM and have yet to load one item into the truck.  The delivery people think that they are entitled.  They fail to realize that this is private property. They are a guess on our property. And must follow our rules.
They have been rude to two homeowners that I know of and I would bet there has been others.
I would never recommend them to anyone based on their people skills.    I called and reached the operation manager at the San Diego office he was polite and understanding.  About these issues.
They only have about 2 hours left before move in/out time is over.
