My husband and I bought a couch set from the Lebanon Mo store. We brought it home and we had some issues and took it back to the store. They were extremely gracious about the experience and helped us out wonderfully. So we ended up buying a different set and also a new recliner. I will tell you that I have talked with 2 of their sales associates. One name [so sorry] I forget, and he was a really nice person but the person we did our dealings with on both occasions was Jeramie.

 He is the best hands down. I will tell you that if you go into that store to please do yourself a favor and talk with him. He is honest and cares about the people and not just the money. He is a family man himself and so you can talk with him about all your concerns and he can help find out the answers to your questions about the materials etc....I also want to not only send a huge thank you to him for the way we were dealt with on our 2 visits but also the store manager {her name escapes me at the moment]. She did us a solid deal and I wont go into all the circumstances about our situation, but they were wonderful to help us and we so appreciate them both and the job they did for us. Thanks again guys! 

So I recommend you giving them a try and I know you will like the service. Everyone is very nice and personable.

I have gotten almost all my furniture here.  The price is great.  The selection changes all the time so you never know exactly what to expect.  They have a guy who will deliver for a very reasonable price.  The staff gives you space to look around with out hovering like at other places.  For that reason alone I give it 5 stars.

Very helpful staff, was greeted as soon as I came through the door today, the staff was very friendly, they acted as if they was my best friend and helped me find furniture for my new house. Very impressed

Very helpful staff, helped me with every question I had, and they helped me with everything I needed help with, will definitely be spending my money with then everytime I need any household decor

Renee from the Lebanon store was absolutely amazing. she has such a great eye for decoration and really helped us pick out the items that would look best in our home. I recommend that if your looking for furniture and you are anywhere close to the Lebanon area that you go in and ask for Renee. You won't be disappointed.
