Wanted to buy over $2000 of furniture from here. Had come into the store and asked Madison about price matching an online store. She said she would check, but they should be able to do it. Never heard from her and called back twice and left a message for her. Never received a return phone call. Thanks for making my decision to go with the other company easy! ☺

I found furniture I wanted, paid for it. I purchased warranty and delivery. Was told it would be here March 13 but a few days before we got a phone call and was told they wouldn’t have my complete order. So my wife called and tried canceling it. Which was in the grace period as well. She called again Monday to make sure it was cancelled and they had no record of her calling last Friday and cancelling it. They then said they would get it taken care of.  She Called again today just to confirm that it was cancelled and of course was told that she had to talk to the sales rep that sold us the furniture. He said he would look into it and call her back in few minutes. 5 hours later and we still haven’t heard any thing but yet I am responsible for a restocking fee because they can’t complete their part of the deal. I just want to be told it has been cancelled and they refund is on the way! The worst experience I have ever had, very disappointed in the service we have received it is disrespectful and not to mention bad business. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Almost  3000.00 worth of nothing and now with restocking fee that I’m paying because I chose to do business with a company that can’t do what they tell the customer the first time.

Jay the salesman was extremely helpful and patient with us as we pieced together our dream living room set. He was knowledgeable in every aspect of the process, furniture, colors, and any other options that were available. They have beautiful furniture and a very large showroom floor for any taste or style.

Great salesman - James. Really patient, very informative and knowledgeable. He greeted me and asked if I'd like to browse on my own or have him stay by to answer questions. Set me at ease immediately! 
 I came back twice before buying, but never felt pressured. Great selection, great service/set-up by the delivery guys, great financing. It was a win. The only thing keeping me from a 5-star rating were the check-out/clerk girl and "mattress expert" guy - neither very friendly, and pretty coarse and abrupt with my wife and I. Too bad, as the rest of my experience was very good.
