The sales staff was friendly but their availability is misleading. We ordered a reclining sofa and were willing to deal with waiting 2 weeks to enjoy it. It has been 3 weeks and we were just told it will be another month. If you're looking to get something in a reasonable time frame look elsewhere. I can't speak to the quality at this time but may update my review in the future.

We were very pleased with our salesperson Russel throughout the entire buying process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to have an adeptness for design and helped us greatly with deciding on our furniture. We were also stunned by the service we received in the warehouse, Dylan was clean cut, well spoken, and didn't hesitate to jump down in the snow to strap down our furniture (he even took the time to show my wife how to use her new ratchet straps). However when we opened our new firniture to check it's condition before loading, another thing Dylan was happy to do for us, a salesperson stepped out and lit her cigarette right next to our open furniture. I expressed my displeasure in this regard to Dylan and he took my complaint to heart making sure me and my wife knew he and the company would do whatever they needed to to make it right. Had it not been for Russel and Dylan this review would be much lower after that incident. Those are the kind of boys that belong in management. I definitely recommend shopping here despite that after realizing how happy they are to fix anything that goes wrong for the customer. We've had our couches for a month now and they are holding up great.

Well, as of right now I'm  only giving three stars cause I just order my bedroom set last saturday and dont know if it has arrived yet. But I also took home a mattress that same day and we love it. But really excited to get the whole set.... cant wait!!! Service was great though!!!

The selection sry furniture row is very good, as you would expect from a single store that has this square footage. They don't have near the fabric options of some of the more well known stores with many of their items saying they come in multiple colors, but they really only come in what is shown. 

Would be a 4 star based on selection alone. It isn't Nebraska Furniture Mart, but it rivals Ashley's nicely. 3 star rating is based on the salesmen and women that constantly interrupt your shopping/browsing. Of it wasn't so high pressure it would really earn that 4th star.

Went to Denver Mattress company. This is the third bed I have purchased from DMC, and the first time from this one. The sales staff is always friendly,  knowledgeable, helpful. I will eventually be back.
