I really enjoy the food here. I also just happen to work here as well. We "  Fiddler's " are the only restaurant I have ever known to cook your catch of the day to your very own specifications. You catch and clean your meal, they will prepare it exactly how you want it. From scallops, crabs,flounder basically anything you catch in these waters. They have a full bar, open patio seating overlooking the Steinhatchee River. They also do catering for small parties and weddings. So come on down to Fiddler's and enjoy the freshest seafood a restaurant can offer right here right now at Fiddler's Restaurant.

Local scallops and crab was good... Liked hush puppies. Everything else was so so and way over priced for the quality. Prime rib tasted good. However cut thin on buffet like a slice of roast beef... Buffet reminded me of Golden Corral.

Fiddlers is the perfect place for dinner if you have a large group. Their buffet is absolutely delicious. Lots of crab, shrimp, fish and other seafood dishes plus prime rib. Service was fast, waitresses friendly, drinks were very generous. We come to Fiddlers every time we visit Steinhatchee and are never disappointed. Also make sure you check out the local art for sale and the main lobby. Excellent!

Price for the buffet went up and it seems the quality went down. Rather disappointed with our last visit. The crab legs might have been overcooked in my opinion; the meat didn't slide out. The crawfish had no seasoning. The service was way sub par. Our waitress took her sweet time getting us plates and filling our drinks. When you're paying that much, you expect top quality food and top quality service. We'll unlikely ever go back unless we hear folks tell us it's gotten better. My folks went after us and had the same experience. Unfortunate.
