I live in the Tosa area and frequent other local sandwich shops regularly. I visited Firehouse Subs for the first time this past weekend and look forward to going back! Bill made my visit an experience! Even though I snuck in just before closing time, he did not rush me and was more than willing to provide information as it was my first visit. Bill was very informative about the brand, options and additional perks that Firehouse offers that other local competitors don't. I hope Bill is there the next time I visit! It'll be soon because the New York Steamer was phenomenal. Cheers!

I have been to Firehouse Subs four or five times in Wisconsin and one time in S.C. and each time was impressed with the friendly, polite customer service.   My first sub experience was the Steak & Cheese, it won me over and have yet to try another.  Guess that only one GREAT example of what's forthcoming! Yum!! Good job team!

This was the first time I had ever to this sandwich shop. I was delightfully surprised! The sandwich was absolutely delicious!!!

Just moved here from Ann Arbor, MI and no one in A2 beats these subs.  I always read the 1 star reviews first and concluded they probably started with an attitude so gave subs a try.  Service was fine.  Turkey club sub and salad were about what we expected but the Steak sub with BBQ sauce might literally be the best sub I've had.  Already in my rotation schedule.

I was not pleased with my hot stank and cheese sub. It had kind of a seeet or tangy nite to it that I didn’t like. I ate the smaller half and gave the other half away. And I’m a fan of firehouse subs and how they help our community. Ok service, ok wait time.
