Ordered carry out on 9/17/2017 and it was one of the worst pizzas I've had. Usually this location is good, but the pizza I got this time was undercooked, over topped with cheese and the "thin and crispy" crust was soggy. Very disappointed in my experience and may not return.

To say I've ordered from this pizza hut a lot would be an understatement. I probably know the delivery drivers better than my coworkers. I have had a few mishaps with the deliveries, but never to the degree things have been wrong elsewhere (toppers comes to mind...), and this is after hundreds of times ordering from this place. They make a good pizza, you almost always get what you order and they acknowledge their mistakes. I had a pizza 15 minutes late and I got a free pizza coupon in my inbox. I had an incorrect pizza and told the driver; it was the same deal. Only two times out of over a hundred have I been mildly disappointed and they have made it up to me. The management and cooks know what they're doing and really appreciate their loyal customers. You're still getting pizza hut pizza at the end of the day, but this is the place to get it from.

I was there to pick up a $10 pizza,breadsticks, brownies, and wings. It cost me nearly $30. I wanted an extra cup of sauce for the pizza and they were going to charge me an extra 50c. I said seriously, I'm dropping $30. She said that's the rules with an attitude. I left my order. That 50c cup costs them $30. I called the manager about an hour later and he did nothing. I told him you lost a customer and many others forever. I asked for the corporate number. I talked to the district manager, but all he did was appolegize. He did not offer me a coupon for free food or anything else. Very poor customer service including management. It's no wonder they have so many complaints. They need to train their managers and employees on good customer service. They are going to lose more customers if they keep treating customers like they did me So long Pizza Hut. Hello Domino's,Papa John's and other locals like Balestreris, Barbareris and others.
