I consider myself and intermittent user of power equipment which means I am pretty forgetful when it comes to the seemingly simple things like maintenance and simple fixes.  Every time I have an issue these guys help.  Moreover, they seem HAPPY to assist.  They NEVER complicate any issue.  They explain everything in the most simplistic way.  Don't waste your time buying, getting repairs done, or simply getting your questions answered anywhere else.  I am telling you to use these guys as your one stop shop for your power tool and equipment.  Kudos to Finch for providing the ultimate support and sales staff to me.

I recently had an issue where my Honda lawn mower wouldn't pull back. I was initially charged the diagnostic fee for them to review what was causing it. When I asked if it was possible to have it covered by the Honda warranty they reviewed my case and worked with Honda to have it covered. The folks at Finch are great and very trustworthy. 

Pam especially went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out.Thank you!

They are terrible for service.  Took my commercial power washer under warranty with Honda.  It was spewing oil out of the head seals.  They never tested the motor and replaced the valve cover gaskets paid for by Honda warranty and this was not the problem with the motor.  Came back with same problem as when it went in.  The worst part is when I called they said to just bring it in and they would fix it under warranty.  It took three weeks of calling 2x+ a week to find out they didn't even have time to work on it.  It took a month to get a 3 hour service done and they never communicated.  Even though we left messages with the desk person and they had our machine just sitting there!  BUYER BEWARE

I just wanted to let everyone know how well the staff took care of the clutch problem with my Gator 855D. It has never performed the way it does now, even when brand new. They called the factory and even though I was out of warranty, they did the “right thing” and took care of my issue under warranty. This store is 5 stars in my book and I am a lifetime customer!

Avoid this place if possible. Every time that I purchase parts here, they manage to screw up somehow. Prices tend to be double of what you can find online. On my last attempt, they wanted to charge me shipping because their store was out of stock of a part and it needed to be brought in from another store.
