I don't buy shoes very often but when I do I want to get something high quality that lasts a long time. I went to the Woodland Hills mall in Tulsa, OK last Friday and bought a $130 pair of shoes. Immediately when I got home I went to put them on and the tongue of the left shoe ripped. I went out of town and when I
Came back today, I went back to the store to exchange this pair for ones just like it because of the rip before even wearing them. The manager came over to 'help' me and when I told him the issue he acted like it was no big deal and that it was a stupid reason for me to
Bring these shoes back. He then went on to tell me they weren't in stock but that he could get me a pair that looked similar but didn't show them to me when I said well what do those look like. I probably would have exchanged them for the similar ones if he would have just showed me, but he didn't want to take the time for that I guess. He ended up ordering me a new pair after making it seem like a stupid request and was not friendly towards me. I spent my hard earned money in that store and I'm not sure I will go back after I get the new pair.

I bought shoes at about 8:30 on Monday evening 5/8/17 and my daughter tried them on in the store walking around the store. I get home and realize she needs a size 13.5 and they did not have this at the store. I brought them back today to return and Wade Evans the "manager" said he could not return them because they look worn and I told him she did NOT wear them at all. I have pictures of them looking "worn". Wade Evans is the biggest jerk I have ever encountered with a retail shopping experience and his customer service is terrible. Never shopping at finish line again.

I called ahead to ask about some shoes and the kid that answered knew they didn't have the metcon 2 or flynet. But i had trouble understanding anything he was trying to say
