I am happy that I got my inserts in January, 2017. This process is not an overnight fix, and somedays, depending on the shoe I wear, I still have a little bit of uncomfortableness, but not the pain I used to have. It took a few months to get the right fit, and I had to go very slowly, wearing them only a bit at a time, and working up to the "recommended" time frame. It does take a while to get used to the first set especially. At first it feels like golf balls in your shoe, but with patience and time, it no longer feels that way. I used to have severe hip pain if I spent anytime at all walking, and that has improved tremendously. I know of others who have gone to doctors to get "custom" fitted inserts, and they didn't work as well as these have worked for me. Yes, they are expensive, but the price is worth not needing unnecessary surgery that would not fix the problem. You cannot get these and expect to feel great in a week or so, it takes time to let your feet adjust to the new change from what you have been used to for years. Be patient and go slow, it is worth it. Terry is my contact, and he has been a big help, making changes as necessary. My feet actually hurt worse if I do not wear the inserts, and I cannot imagine not wearing these at all now.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Terry Orlowski. I went in and was promptly taken care of. He was very kind to honor "the other guys" (ideal feet) warranty and I walked out with my feet & knees feeling 100 pct better! I highly recommend them! Thanks Terry!

I am thrilled about the incredible improvement that I've experienced in only the last couple of weeks since I first went to The Good Feet Store. Now, I'm sure everyone has seen commercials on TV about The Good Feet Store and wondered if what they said was true. I am living proof that that the commercials are 100% true and accurate! I've had foot problems for most of my life due to being “flat-footed”. In addition, when I was in my 20s, I was in a vehicle accident resulting in compressed discs in both cervical and lumbar spine causing back problems throughout my life. More recently, my doctor discovered bone spurs in both heels. So, I am usually in considerable pain whenever I try to walk. This has been very upsetting to me because I used to enjoy walking my German Shepherd from ½ mile to 1 mile a day. My feet pain became so bad that I was ready to do anything to alleviate the pain so that I could walk again. So, I decided to try The Good Feet Store after seeing one of their commercials. At first, I was a little hesitant because of the cost, but I said to myself, "Self, what price do I put on finally being able to walk?!" I got the inserts and began my individualized program for wearing them. I have to admit that at first I was a little skeptical; but then, something wonderfully unexpected happened to me after getting the inserts. Before I went to The Good Feet Store, my right leg was an inch or so shorter than my left leg because my back was badly out of alignment and had been for a couple of years. I could see that the right leg was shorter when soaking in the bathtub with my feet up on the shower-stall. But, I am really hesitant about going to chiropractors. After only a week-and-a-half, I was completely shocked and absolutely delighted to see my legs were almost-completely even when I was soaking in the bathtub with my feet up on the shower-stall. I was becoming more aligned by the day, simply from wearing the inserts according to their program. I have also experienced a huge improvement in walking with much less pain more and more over the last couple of weeks. I can now say unequivocally that the commercials are 100% true and accurate! My best advice is to go to The Good Feet Store to alleviate any pain in your feet.

I bought my first pair in 2002 when I was crippled by foot pain. After a week of "the golfball effect" I haven't gone a day without these supports. They were, and still are, the only way I can be on my feet. Last year I was huckstered into buying a similarly looking but inferior competing brand. Over time the health of my feet has diminished. Fortunately there is a Good Feet Store near my work at 68th and Memorial. Yesterday, I was greeted by a professional who fitted me for a new pair. I felt relief immediately. This is my forth pair. Between 2002 and 2010 I returned to the Good Feet Store twice to exchange my arch supports. My arches have become more healthy over time. Requiring a different fit. While the original purchase price of the top model is the cost of three pair of good running shoes, the exchange price is only $25. If you own a pair that don't work, please take them back. The Good Feet Store doesn't want you to be ill fitted. They WILL exchange them until they find one that works for you. I'm back on my feet. So grateful to be pain free again.
