Unbelievably bad shopping experience dealing with an incredibly rude manger (Jennifer) of store. Quoted a company policy that I know was a fabrication and arrogantly refused to allow us to talk to her supervisor about a simple request. An early review mentioned "dismissive" employees. I couldn't agree more. As unprofessional of a retail experience that I have ever had. Other customers took notice with 2 approaching me later saying they couldn't believe how I was treated and they that had no desire to complete a possible transaction after witnessing. It's no wonder that foot locker is struggling financially with it's stock price continuing to crash. Certainly doomed to be the next mall brand to die.

RUDE TEENS WORK THERE. The employees seem to have no value of customer service. A couple of the employees I encountered were very dismissive. When I asked for a certain kind of shoe, one employee walk right passed me. When I asked another employee who was justing at the doorway, he turned his head away, said no, and immediately walked away talking on his walkie earpiece. They made me think that they did not want to help me. I will not buy anything from House of Hoops, ever.

customer service is horrible. So are the online service people. Never overpaying for shoes here again!

They wouldn't let me get a cash refund for my shoes because I didn't have the original card I purchased them with and refused to put my money on a different card! I will not be shopping here again!!!!

Picked out a pair of shoes for my 4 year old and asked a worker for the size we needed. When the guy came back with a pair of shoes that looked a little different we asked if they were the same sale price as the ones we picked out and he assured us that yes they were the same price. We went on to try them on my 4 year old and they were perfect! So we go to the counter to pay only to find out that the shoes my son now had one were $20 more. We told the cashier/ turned out to be manager that we were assured that these were the ones on sale. After being told they are different shoes and that we cannot get the sale price we ask for the shoes with the sale price we had picked out and a different worker tried to help us... She goes to the back and comes back with THE SAME PAIR and says they are the ones on sale!!! I had to tell her those were the same ones!!! After she realizes it she just says oh well sorry, I guess we don't have the ones on sale. So we had to leave the store with no shoes. (I'm not paying $49 dollars for shoes for a 4yr old!) So we left with a sad little boy.
