My experience in this store it was not good, I got a pair of shoes last week nike KD 10s I used them for 4 day and I foun that part of the sole it was taking off. I lost my receipt but I try to return them, my surprise was that the guy in the store tells me that with out receipt he can not do anything, I was so mad because he was so rude with me and I became rude to him as well, this visit almost finish with security involved, he tells me that I need to leave from his store seriusly his store stupid guy no education at all I will never back to this store again......

I've been robbed!!!!!!!!
Beware online shoppers 
 I purchased a pair of Jordan shoes on line then I received an email the next day saying that it was ready for pick up when I arrive the cashier tells me that some young lady picked up the shoes  but I told him I never gave anyone permission to pick them up I then call Customer Service for help they said they will work on the case and call me back in three days I never received a call  so I try calling back no one will talk to me that know about the case now I'm fighting to get my money back $201.88
I AM FINISH WITH FINISH LINE!!!!!!!!!!!

Their customer service really sucks, can’t even greet and end the call properly, just hangs up without answering a customer question

Finishline is a rip off please beware  when ordering online..... fox valley mall in aurora Illinois..... 

 My father ordered me a pair of Jordan and they came up missing school is starting soon now I have to wait because it is hard finding a pair of retro....  I am so disappointed and I will never shop there again
