This is now my main store. I looked in one of the weekly ads and they had the lowest prices of the year. They had such good deals. Macy's has now become my favorite store because they are a quality name and yet they had extremely good values. I bought an 8-piece comforter and sheet set for $27.99 on sale and the original price is $100.

I ordered a 6 piece sectional online from Macy's and only 15 months later the backs on 3 of the six pieces are very loose.  I contacted Macy's who sent a specialist to come out and look at sectional.  His report concluded normal wear and tear.  They then offered me a cash settlement calling this keep as is.  At the time of original purchase I also purchased the Worry No More premium package and specifically asked the Macy's representative that if I accepted the Keep as Is offer would Worry No More fix the issue.  The answer was Yes!  I accepted the keep as is offer and then proceeded to call Worry no More.  They sent out a representative and his conclusion was neglect, misuse, or abuse.  First of all I was highly insulted by his report.  Secondly we have no children, pets, and this sectional is not even 2 years old!.  Again they declined to repair the problem.  I disputed this report saying other than the manufacturers defect this sectional is in original shape.  I called out an independent company to inspect the sectional and their conclusion was very poorly built.  Manufacturers defect.  Upon inspection they even found where somewhere along the line the felt lining had been torn open and just taped over the tear in the felt.  Bottom line it was built very poorly and did not last a year and a half.  I am very disappointed in Macys and Worry No more.  Would never recommend buying furniture from Macys and definitely DO NOT PURCHASE insurance policy from Worry No More

The cashier was very pleasant; I was translating for a family member who came from Ecuador. I am offended when my cousin told me that woman ignored her at first and then snapped when she asked for a different size for a dress. When I looked up, I found that blonde giving us a dirty look. She was a blonde with blue tips in the Daytona Beach location. Please if you don’t want to talk to paying customers then stay in your office.

Rarely a large variety. Low stock. However, great cashiers, always polite and helping you find opportunities to save.
