IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR, I WOULD!!! THE SITE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR (ANTONETT) IS SO UN PROFESSIONAL!!!
I CALLED TO ASK WHY IF AN EMPLOYEE HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG ( NOT GREET A CUSTOMER) WHY WOULD YOU CONFRONT HIM IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE AND NOT PULL HIM IN THE OFFICE?!?!?! SHE WAS INTERRUPTING ME AND RAISING HER VOICE AND LYING ON THIS EMPLOYEE!!!! THERE IS MORE TO THE STORY BUT I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO!!!! I WILL NOT.... NOR MY FAMILY EVER GO BACK INTO THAT STORE AND SPEND A DIME THERE!!!!! WAITING ON THE DIST MGR ( KEVIN ) TO CALL SO WE WILL SEE !!!! BE PROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR!!!! SHE DON'T NEED TO BE IN MANAGEMENT!!!! YEA KEVIN THERE OS 2 SIDES TO EVERY STORY!!!!

Was there to buy the latest Jordan’s and the staff was more than ready to help me. I have never had to return anything back to the store. Staff is friendly but very busy anytime I go in.

I would put zero stars if possible but I just wanted to share what happen today. I don't usually rate places but today's experience was very bad. I was with my friends doing a raffle to get yeezys when we reached the front of the line and a lady says that there are only 5 tickets left and I am the 5th person so I get the last ticket. When I go up to fill out mine the lady that says that I supposedly cut the line but it is not my fault she cannot count right and got mistaken, my friends trying to back me up saying I was with them the whole time and the lady who was telling me I cut the line was threatening my friends who had already filled out their tickets that she was going to throw away their tickets that they had filled out already which was completely unnecessary. Fortunately the lady that was at the counter let me fill out my ticket and the lady who had previously counted wrong and accused me ended up giving an extra ticket to the lady who was behind me which I'm pretty sure is not allowed and some what biased and completely wrong on her part. She was very rude from the start and the only mistake I made was not asking her for her name and reporting her due to how unprofessional she handled the situation. Finish Line mall of Georgia has lost my business showing me how you guys apparently hire anybody with no people skills and simply rude. Very disappointed in my experience today just getting a raffle ticket. Hope you guys see this and learn from your mistakes. 
And if you guys plan to do raffle tickets good luck not being treated poorly.

Was at the store around 1:30 pm on April 8th 2017, Saturday. The store was busy, but I was taken care of well.

Had a very helpful associate, Devin? (I'm terrible with names.) I was having a hard time finding a new daily walking shoe... walk about 20+ miles a day at work, old shoes were starting to look and smell like swiss cheese.

For over an hour he helped guide me to find the perfect pair of shoes. Ending up not being able to decide between two and just ending up buying both pairs. We found the right fit and Devin was very helpful.

Melissa the register was also very friendly, and made the check-out process fun despite the chip reader being uncooperative! Folks can definitely learn a thing or two about fashion from her despite having to wear uniforms. 

Definitely will return when I decide to wastefully spend money on more shoes I do not need.
