I try to send an SOS for anyone who take time to read please help me , after my husband died things getting so hard for me . My income $ 1200 my mortgage 1100 . I used to called a place for food since before thanksgiving no one answer me . For thanksgiving I had a whole chicken , I make it for them , and my daughter look at me and said mom do not feel any pain for the hardship we are facing right now . The good things we are a life and we know God he’s right here and bless that chicken . He will give me strength to achieve my goal .and one day if you not die you will have a nice house with a lot of turkey . But my problem I cannot look at her for Christmas when she wake up to not give her not after that hard job a school for three years she kept herself A&B student this year she have only one B . She wants to became a surgeon but I don’t how I will help her in two month she read 35 books not small one it’s unbelieveble . But to look at her without give her nothing I feel life I’m a failure , oh God my lord help me touch someone heart please lord . I live it in God hand . Who ever take time to help it please pass it on my English not to good but I love you .

I would like to provide my recent experience at Macy's as a learning opportunity for your company, on how to lose a customer. My mother who was a loyal Macy's shopper had a horrific customer service encounter at
your Mall of Georgia location. At checkout she had coupons she wanted to use. All the coupons were valid and within date. The associate informed her that she is not able to use any of them. She then went on to say that the only way she will be able to get any
discount, is if she signs up for the Macy's American Express credit card. My mother speaks very little English so there is a language barrier. Knowing this,
the associate continued to "push" this credit card application on her and insisting that she needs to get one. She further processed an application for my mother with false information in regards to her income that was NOT provided by my mother. I do not
know what your company culture is, but I am
assuming as big of a corporation as Macy's is, it DOES NOT condone this type of behavior. My mother was taken advantage of and basically had her information used under false pretenses without her consent. l'm not sure if your sales associates are under a lot of pressure to reach new credit applicant
quotas, but my mother should not have been the victim of this circumstance. I am infuriated that this happened at such a popular location and I will be
spreading this incident on social media for
awareness. No customer should be pressured or in this case FORCED to apply for any type of credit with a store. I will no longer be shopping there, nor will anyone in my circle of family and friends. Every customer should know that Macy's is doing this and it
is not ok

Me and my husband ordered Belgique pots and pans (great quality, expensive product) and when we opened the box at home the other day, we noticed that it was so dent that the top could not fit on the pot! We had to return it-we live an hour away from the store, we got very tired, it was very inconvenient to gp back to the store to exchange them-and the customer service did not offer anything in return but an exchange. We are very disappointed and unhappy.

Marjan in the cosmetic area is the best! She did my daughters make-up for her wedding. It was last minute emergency decision, we went to 4 other store's that blew us off. Marjan text her mgr and she did a fabulous job, I can't say enough about how sweet and great she is!
