I have been enjoying my shopping visits with this store and all of its employees for the last 3 years. I am very thrilled to have found a company that employs great and knowledgeable staff members. Everyone there has been excellent at helping satisfy the needs of a very foot challenging female (AKA me). James, Kelley, Emily, and Robert have always helped me with finding the size I need and getting the best shoes ever made to my house with no shipping fees; if they were not available. Each one of the employees has been patient and understanding of my needs and wants without being "pushy" for a sale. They have each gone above and beyond with educating me on various points through out the years from styles, to insoles, to shoelaces techniques and the scan of my foot. I also appreciate how they are involved with giving back to the communities with old shoes that can be recycled and re-purposed. Thanks everyone  there for creating a one of a kind experience I have never found anywhere else.

I’ve purchased (I believe) my last dozen pair of shoes at this store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Yesterday I went in expecting to buy another pair, but in talking to the salesman, he noted that the uppers of my 574s shouldn’t have ripped after only 2 months. He did a return on my shoes as defective, and took the time to fit me for a different shoe with more support. I always have a great experience here.

Help was fine, but I could have purchased the exact same shoes for  $50 less on Amazon.  I knew it was a rip off at the register,  but I went ahead and purchased.  However,  you should know that you lost a customer for life.

We were acknowleged as soon asvwe entered the store. Its clear that at this location the staff likes their jobs as well as giving exceptional customer/guest service.
