I visit so infrequently because their shoes last for years.  What some of their shoes lack in looks they more than make up for in quality, comfort and durability.  However this store is small and the selection of anything beyond steel toe shoes and boots is very limited.

The staff here are very knowledgable about products and services! Rarely do I have a retail experience that exceeds my expectations. Specifically, the associate guided me to the product that best suited my needs instead of trying to sell me what was in stock. Thanks again!

Called ahead to confirm the specific boot and size I was looking for, when I arrived the next day they did not have my size, not to mention they were unpleasant from the moment I walked in, and tried to push a smaller size on me. Then when I asked for another red wings store in the area they told me the only store that had the shoe I wanted, was 40 minutes away. I called the closest store which was 10 minutes away and they had ample stock. So that was my experience...
