We went in to return some shoes purchased online. The lady working this morning was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to find the exact shoes we ordered in the CORRECT sizes (I got them too small for both)- for the same prices we paid previously plus free shipping. She even went through the trouble of measuring the kids' feet to ensure we wouldn't have to exchange them again. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks allot!

Walked into the store, looked at some shoes, needed some help with finding a size if possible since I am a size 14. Employee told me "...Naw, we ain't got nothin' like that". I said ok and left. Went over to Nike store and they didn't have any 14's in stock either but offered to order anything I needed. Ended up spending more at Nike store but customer service goes a long way so I didn't mind. "We got nothin' like that" cost Finish Line almost $850 in shoe sales that day. Won't be back.

The most trash bag, garbage, smelly landfill junkyard hepatitis c customer service I have ever received in my life. I was an inch away from losing my cool in the store. I will not shop at this store again. Judging by this store's reviews, they need to change something. I drove 45 minutes in attempt to return shoes that I ordered online. The man working said he could not return them because they had been worn. I tried them on for about 45 seconds in my bedroom before determining the shoes were too small. When I asked if he could show me specifically what he was referring to (because the shoes were brand new, unworn, and virtually spotless), be laughed in my face. I called customer service, and they were no help.

I live about an hour away from the Legends Finish Line, so I called ahead to make sure they had the correct size for the shoe I was wanting to get. I called and the lady I had spoken to said that there were plenty in stock in the size I needed. I asked if they could put it on hold for an hour or two so I could drive there and purchase it. She said they couldn't do that, so I rushed there and turns out that she looked at the INCORRECT SHOE. The shoes I was purchasing was sold out in every size! Once I got there, there was only one gentleman working on a busy day, there was terrible service, the worker gave an attitude and kept ignoring my questions. I drove there to purchase a shoe that I was told was in stock. It was such a waste of my time!! Terrible service.
