Awesome store, super friendly and helpful employees. Let me put my insoles in a few different shoes to make sure they fit with them in. That's some above and beyond service! Found an awesome new pair of hard toe work shoes.

I was in and out quickly and the sales staff knew their products and what would work best for me. Very friendly and great products.

Went in to the store, told the clerk what I did for work and that I needed a boot that best matches. I chose the pair that fit best. Couple months later I take the boots back for warranty because one boot is cutting into my foot causing it to hurt. I talk to a different clerk than the one who sold me the boots, which tells me I have a casual boot not a work boot and there is nothing they can do about it. The clerk ends up selling me inserts, that eventually break down also. Moral of the story is I have a 300 dollar pair of boots I can not wear and have to buy new boots. Unless the store wants to make it right, I will not be back to buy boots.

Gentleman who was on duty was on point. Trying to recommend what he thought was best for my needs. And helped me even get into the boots I was trying on
