I have been in this store repeatedly, and rarely leave empty handed, it's one of my favorite places at Legends. Unfortunately two of the many times I have been there, one being yesterday I have felt that there have been employees whom would rather not have to help me at all. Most of the time they are all very polite and helpful but as much as I love this store, that kind of customer service has made me not want to go back. I understand days are rough, but it is customer service and your attitude does affect the customer and whether or not they want o come back. As for the store it's very clean and organized, big plus being that their is such high traffic at the Legends shopping center.

Large selection of shoes. Could never find the size I am looking for. Need some staff who are willing to help.

I would highly recommend stopping by and shopping with Jalisa she has all the experience and knowledge of all the shoes they carry and is more than glad to help with all purchases. With the help of Jalisa you feel like you have a personal assistant. Great Customer service all the way around but Jalisa is definitely the best there is!

Great deals Great service Clean store. I was in and out in 20 mins buying 2 pairs at the buy one get one half off sale price. The selection of men's 14D was limited today, but I'm still happy and will keep this chain in mind.

The store is really good, but unfortunately, they didn't carry my shoe size last time I went in. 10.5 in womens. Good deals if you can find what you're looking for, though.
