You pay a little more then elsewhere but firm believer you get what you pay for. Had a dress short for 20 years and was updating my closet and went to get another. They spent time measuring and bringing different shirts to try on. About 20 min later had a shirt I was happy with and purchased. It is worth a little extra to have something that will last years

very disgusted with this store.  while shopping for shoes I was approached by sales person with compliments and flattering.  Then while trying on shoes and beginning to speak one on one with the sales associate he began so make comments about how beautiful I am and how lucky my husband is.  He asked me how long I was married and I told him 7 years which he told me was called the "7 year itch" he said he could help me with that.  He openly offered to meet me during his lunch break to have sex with me.  He planted ideas in my head about my husband cheating on me because of his occupation as a surgeon.  He told me he is in an open marriage and his wife is a lesbian and he watches her have sex with other women.  This is just the tip of the iceberg of the things he told me.  When I reported this incident to a store manager I was told that the issue had been addressed with him and that if I wanted to shop again in the shoe department to call her first and that she removed my information from the computer so he couldn't look me up.  In all my life I have never been spoken to like this by a sales associate.  I am sick at the thought he would speak to me like this because that means he must be speaking to other women like this as well.  If you read this and have had the same incident in women's designer shoes please post.

This 5 star goes to the Nordstrom Cafe! This one in particular guy is the nicest person I’ve ever ordered coffee from! I changed my daily coffee to Nordstrom Cafe bc of the amazing attitude!
