I called to check on a purchase I made in store on Monday that had to be shipped to the store a lady named Courtney answer the phone and once I told her what I was looking for she told me that I was mistaken that they could not ship to the store even after I told her because you're who rang me up and told her I had a confirmation number she still refused to believe me. When I came into the store she was very rude did not say hello how may I help you or anything just kind of held her hands up like where's your phone where's the information, I felt so disrespected me being a customer who spent money at her store and she had no customer courtesy. I proceeded to show her the confirmation number for my order then she dryly told me that UPS had not made it yet but I was very unhappy that instead of her calling and asking could customers ship items to the store she completely shut me down and said we don't ship items for customers to the store. On Monday when I came in Randy was very helpful and the manager Dom helped him get my order sent to the store because I will be out of town the next five weeks. I'm so upset by her lack of concern for me receiving my packing even when I showed her the tracking info that said it would arrive at that location today.

The Finish Line at Chesterfield Mall has horrible service. The employees do not greet you or willingly help you. There is one young lady that does not even know how to correctly measure a child's foot and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for help with a shoe. I will make a point to shop at any other store than this one.
