I had the pleasure of doing business with them yesterday and I can't get over how both great the customer service is and how doggone nice these shoes are. I really appreciate any retailer that puts the time and effort in with their customers- after weeks of feeling like subhuman garbage, it's such an amazing feeling to be treated like not a valued customer but a valued client. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled after having such a great experience. This location is actually a little out of my way(I live in O'Fallon), but I have no qualms about driving a little further to this location after how great my experience here was. If you're in the market for some new shoes, I highly recommend Fleet Feet Chesterfield- their customer service is top-notch, their products are kick-ass, and your feet will probably thank you for it.

Went to Fleet Feet two weeks ago and had an awesome experience. All of the workers were friendly & knowledgeable. Derek was super helpful and helped me find the best pair of running shoes for my running style. Have already recommended to friends & family. Thanks!

The personal service that you provide is absolutely awesome! Heidi was professional, extremely knowledgeable, so helpful, and just genuinely very nice!! She helped this non-athlete find a great pair of walking shoes. She listened and took everything into account. She gave me so many great tips to prevent injuries and making walking easier! Can't say enough great things about the store and Heidi. I would love to see some bigger sizes in your workout clothes and sports bras. Plus size people are active too! ;)

Very happy with my experience at Fleet Feet in Chesterfield. The people were very knowledgeable of my needs and explained why certain shoes were what I needed to buy to support my feet. I can say I would give them an A+ for the time and patience they spent with me.
