A pair of shoes that I bought here and wore once for a couple housrs started falling apart. I brought the shoes to check what could be done, the manager told I should come back with either box or receipt. Then I came back with the receipt a week later, another worker told me she needed the box too, and since the purchase was now 40 days old, I could only deal with the factory.
Their poor customer service made me drive for an hour back and forth twice, to do NOTHING about a new pair of shoes that clearly has a manufacturing defect. Why couldn't they tell me to deal directly with the factory from the beginning? I wouldn't have needed to drive around like a fool. Worst customer service.

My daughter got a pair of ugg boats for Christmas.  She wore them for an hour and two of the seams are coming apart.  The boots came from the ugg store in chesterfield.  When we took them back on 12/27 the store manager said that is obviously a defect but could not exchange them he would send off we should get replacement pair in 2- 3 weeks.  Poor customer service I would not recommend the boots or shopping at this store.
