So disappointed in the delivery service I received last night. First we get a call 20-30 minutes after placing the order saying the gluten free items we ordered weren't available. Then they find one of the items but still claim to not have the other (which btw I have ordered before without any issue). When we received our food and opened the box about 8-10 gnats flew out. The food was undercooked and barely warm. The gluten free ravioli looked and felt like it was way past the sell by date or at least severely freezer burnt. My husband couldn't even eat his meal because it smelled "like hamster bedding" and the noodles felt like they had just come out of the refrigerator. I loved their gluten free pizza but they have lost a customer with this experience. Absolutely appalled you would allow food like this leave the kitchen let alone be delivered to a customer who was already irritated. The added insult is I sent this to the company first and only posting here because they didn't even have the common courtesy to reply and address the issue. $60 for food I wouldn't even feed to my dog... Absolute waste.

Had food catered here for my awesome. It was a hit! Food tasted great and arrived right on time. We will be ordering from Marchello’s again!

I'm not sure what happened.  This place was amazing. I suggested it (haven't been there in about 9 months since I moved) for lunch with co-workers. .and the food quality fell flat. The steak sandwich was sooo salty and everyone else was not happy with their food also. How embarrassing.

The food was decent, service was good but it was almost dead. It's overpriced for the area.  For the same money you could go to a nice sit down Italian restaurant and get the same thing but better for the money.

Nice pizza spot for locals.  Pizza is a bit average compared to many others in area... but overall a good place to get a bite to eat.
