This store has consistently gone down since opening.  Pizza sits on the buffet or under a heat lamp in the back for extended periods of time.  Selection of pizza is ok.  If you get there when pizza is fresh you could get a good one.  
The salad bar is very good.  The store is clean.  Employees will ask you how everything is if you make direct eye contact.  I asked for a menu to see the name of the pizza I wanted and was told they only have 1 menu left.

We ordered a pizza when we got there. 25 minutes later no pizza made yet. Same for regular coffee. They made decaf but no regular the whole time we dined. I complained. She went in the back, but we never heard anything on the pizza or coffee. When we were ready to leave they offered us to take the pizza. Forget it we told them. Very disgusted with Pizza Ranch ;>(

This location doesn’t deserve not one star. I only gave it one to give my feedback. However, this was the worst customer service ever. We had an issue with our order. My entire family had stomach issues to put it lightly. I called and spoke with Jennifer and after explaining the situation she insulted me by saying “are you looking for a free pizza?” I was beyond livid. I explained to her that I have well over 10 tokens to receive a free pizza if that was the case. I went on to let her know I was just simply sharing my experience this time around. I let her know that I would be calling the health department for documentation purposes and she still showed no empathy so I ended the conversation. I would never spend another dollar at this establishment.

Pizza is really good the chicken is outstanding the potato salad is one of the best I've chased if you eat in you get plenty you could take out the delivery is fast and very efficient and the food is very delicious I highly recommend Pizza Ranch

Do you want to be able to eat so much pizza and fried chicken that you will turn your bathroom into a hazmat zone? Then yes come here. If no stay far, far, away
