This is the worst Papa John's Pizza I have ever ordered from. Their management is an absolute joke. They "forget" to make the pizzas.   Blame someone else when you call to complain..  it took over two hours last time to get a pizza because they forgot to tell the driver to deliver it...  ???? 
We got a free pizza for their screw up so thought we'd give them another shot.   Placed the order .. estimate of 15-25 minutes for pick up...    Going on 45 minutes waiting in the store for the pizza.     
I'm guessing the good reviews for this location are from the workers.. ha!
Please visit any other papa John's Pizza in the area.. Unless this one gets new management I doubt they'll improve..

We’ve ordered Papa John’s from many locations over the years, but this is the worat location yet. Many of our orders take an hour and a half for delivery, and the pizza is barely warm when it arrives. Our home is not difficult to find, so I can’t imagine that contributes to the issue. I think we’ll stick with Domino’s or Red Savoy for our future pizza needs.

Horrible customer service. I'm not getting what I ordered from them. They used to be good at all of that, but there customer service and apparent memory of what I ordered has gone downhill.

You'd think with 2 hours prior notice, theyd be able to narrow down a delivery window to at least an hour... Giving customers a free pizza for next time isnt a good solution to not fulfilling your orders. Last two orders have been 30+minutes late.
