Subs are good, but I've never waited less than 15 minutes for an order. Last time in there I waited 40 mins for my order that I already paid for, so I was stuck waiting unless I asked for a refund. How you can wait 40 minutes for them to make a turkey sub with only lettuce and mayo is beyond me. Employees seem pretty angry. Probably from being so busy and far behind in orders I'm guessing. But from the same response from management saying this isn't something they like to hear about 20 times I'm guessing it will always be this way. So if you are willing to wait 15-20 mins for a sub you will enjoy it.

The staff here has very poor attitudes.
My order was made incorrectly and when I told the young lady about it she got an attitude and slammed the food down on the counter and threw it away.
My order was remade she never apologize for making it wrong. When I left the store they didn't even say goodbye.
I will not stop back at this establishment there are other food choices in this area.

Subs were tasty as they are at any FIrehouse Subs, but service I must say was slow. My wife and I each ordered a sandwich and there was 1 couple in front of us. With 3 workers in the restaurant, it took us 15 minutes to get our subs. For not being busy at all, we would have expected our food a bit quicker!

This is not your typical sub. Actually tastes really good. Bread is just the way it should be and a good variety of flavors. Try some level 10 hot sauce on it. Also they have this pretty sweet looking USA flag around the back of the building.
