The food here is great. It's not very busy in the evening. Their fries are so good. Pretty good prices for what you get. Cleanliness of the tables and floors leaves something to be desired. Overall we like it.

I Called ahead for pick up (Plymouth location). An employee asked me to hold which is fine... except i waited 10 minutes. I arrived at the store before they picked the phone back up. Food is always tasty, but obviously I'm not happy about them leaving me on hold. I would have been more understanding if they were busy but they weren't at all. Come on guys you can do better.

Went there and arrived at 1058. The manager walked up to the door and said we don't open till 11 and shut the door on me, my baby and two 4 year olds. I mean really we can't come in 2 minutes early when it is 35 degrees out. We can wait to order but at least let us stand inside out of the cold. Then when checking out Christi was rude and not friendly at all. I felt like we were a burden. The subs are good but I can't go back to this place with it's terrible customer service.

The female manager im assuming assistant manager is incredibly rude. To me and to the woman working for her. She belittled and embarassed her employee in front of a customer and it was uncomfortable to witness. I work in the plaza and ill be sending someone else in if we decide to order from there again. Food is always delicious but ill go somewhere else to avoid seeing that woman again.
