Service was fine until I got to my desk and my order was wrong for this rude little girl to say hold on with the phone in her hand to tell her manager she don't remember me. Like I messed up my own order. No professionalism from management downward. It's really a no star for me.

I must be a sucker for punishment because they've messed up 3 of my last 6 orders.  I've tried calling the location to reconcile, but no one answers.  Hair in my food is the final straw.

The only positive reviews of this place come from people with no picture, or professional reviewers... strange.

This place is terribly slow. Everytime it is just so slow. I don't understand what happens inside but it must not be a lot. I really don't get it.

This location is so unbelievably slow. I am absolutely appalled at how long it took us to get through the drive-thru. There were only two cars ahead of me in line and there were maybe five people in the restaurant at most. So they were not busy at all considering it's 6 so its prime dinner time. But like I said they were not busy at all and probably aren't busy because their service and speed of service sucks completely. The two cars that were ahead of me had already placed the order by the time I entered the drive thru. So the fact that when I got there and placed my order those two cars should have been through or at least one of them should have completely been through the drive-thru and driving off by the time I pulled away from the ordering speaker. The one employee we encountered was at least friendly. Maybe their lack of speed is due to the fact that they are running short of staff. I don't know but all I know is that it should not take 17 minutes to get one cheesy Roll-Up. Completely and 100% unacceptable.

Go anywhere else. Don't get stuck in the drive thru for 40+ minutes like I did. When I got to the window I asked if our food was ready before I paid and got stuck for another 20 minutes. They hadn't made anything so we left. DO NOT GO HERE! You could literally go to a sit down restaurant and get food faster.
