I REALLY LIKE Firehouse subs and hope I never have to go to this particular one again. Service was awful. Super slow, order was wrong, parts of meal missing, and they were out of basic supplies. Apparently no vanilla in soda machine and no milk in store. Cookie was even bad, hard, and crunchy. 👎

We frequent this Firehouse about four times a month.  Last night (June 24 2017) was the worst experience ever.  They were crowded which happens on a Saturday night and got my order taken quickly.  From there it went downhill had to wait 15/20 minutes for my food.  Once I got food when I asked for pickles was told they had none wrapped and to have a nice night. I paid $20.00 for two sandwiches and Young condescending employee behind counter did not offer five minutes of her time.  Is that not what she gets paid for?  Get home with subs and they were thrown together and cold. Will not go back until young people behind counter learn some customer service

Asked for a turkey sub with just lettuce and mayo. She asks me if i wanted the turkey bacon ranch. I said no, then she asks me if i wanted everything on it. I repeated myself, "only mayo and lettuce". This same woman makes my sandwhich after everyone who came in after me already left. She made a turkey bacon ranch with everything on it. I never had a bad experience at firehouse, but I think that management should make sure workers aren't abusing substances.

I come here every weekend and this place is great! Great food, very friendly staff! That's why I have been coming here for 3 months every weekend!

Food and service are usually pretty good here. They have the Freestyle drink machine which is nice. Lots of hot sauces to add to your sandwich - don't be afraid to try a little bit of many of them.
