The entrees looked delicious but I only got sides because I'm vegan. The vegetable side was extremely good. The costumer service was polite even though they were busy when I went. They also have a drive through here.

I go here once a week and love it. Occasionally they will be overbooked and understaffed, but that doesn't happen too often. The orange chicken is divine!

Very disappointed that my online order could not be completed. The store shut down the kitchen an hour before closing and was out of everything. I still went in to get a refund issued. It was ironic that there were several signs saying that if you didn't see what you wanted just ask and they would make it fresh. I pointed that out to the manager who simply said the kitchen was closed and there was nothing to be done. She was nice about it and did give me a couple of coupons for my trouble. I went across the street to Rice Box and received excellent service and food.

Last night my husband and I pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:24pm and once we began to order we were told that they only has white rice as a side. I had asked if they were out of chow mein and her response was "it's 30 mins till close and we only have white rice". I found this unacceptable and had a feeling they didn't want to make any because they closed in 36 minutes. At that point I really didn't want the food but I went inside and talked to the manager. I asked her what the corporate policy was on making food "30 minutes" before close and she said that everything is made to order and she would be happy to get our order ready. The 20 something year old girls at the window want to leave right at 10pm when they close. I get it. But that's not how customer service works. If you're open, have the product and it can be made BEFORE close then it's your job to make it. The manager did a wonderful job in addressing our concern. Don't take what the people at the window say and just accept it. They might just be lazy children.
