My favorite dish is the Fuji apple chicken salad, but all their salads are delicious! I love their Autumn squash soup, but I wish they would have it all year round. I do not like that they now ask for tips when you swipe your credit card. I have no problem tipping when a wait person takes your order at your table, brings you your food, and clears the table. But at this Panera, you wait in line to place your order at a counter, you pick up your own food at the kitchen, and then are expected to clear your own place. I think I'm the one who deserves the tip! Yes, I know I can simply say "no tip," and I do. But I'm a little insulted that they even ask!

We enjoy this particular Panera when we are shopping at Bridge Street. We have always had good experiences here. The staff always seems happy to help find things on their allergen menu.

Typically I love this location. Always nice fast and good. However this morning I ordered their watermelon cup and i must be getting the bottom of the melon because there was more rind than melon. I did rapid so i didnt have the pleasure of picking my own but my thing is this should not even be in the cup. It's not worth going back to complain for 2 bucks but I feel this is just as effective. When doing rapid just check your fruit. I ordered watermelon I don't want to eat the rind. #disappointed

THEY ARE SLOW!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY!!!!! I ordered bagels and cream cheese on a rapid pick up order and 15 mins later they were not ready! THE LOBBY WAS NOT EVEN BUSY! They looked like a deer in headlights when I asked were my order was.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We went there on Saturday, June 24, 2017 around 6:15 pm. We ordered three meals with one to go. The lady taking our order told the cooks/prepares twice that the last order was a turkey bravo sandwich to go. They made it for eat-in. I told the lady at the meal pick up counter that this meal was suppose to be to go. She throws it in a bag. The soup was dripping down the side of the plastic container and was all over her hands and on the bag. We get home and she gave us the wrong sandwich. There was no butter in the container at the pick up area and the syrup bottle at the drink area is always empty. I mean always. This place is going down hill quick. They need to fire some people and get a manager in there that cares.
