Gave this place a shot 4 months ago thinking we’d catch some lunch and watch some sports. We usually love Buffalo Wild Wings. The service here leaves a lot to be desired and the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Despite this we decided to give it another shot tonight. After being seated relatively quickly, no one on the wait staff even looked at us for ten minutes. The place was at maybe 20% capacity with plenty of employees walking around chatting with each other. Eventually a waitress came to help. She helped the people that sat down 5 min after we did. So we got up and left without anyone saying a word to us. Will be a long time before we go back.

Sucks ,sucks ,sucks. The food is good and I like it. But the service sucks. This is the third and LAST time I will be here. The place was not that busy and our waitress took her time at EVERYTHING. She got us drinks and then it took her coming back by 3 times saying "let me get you refills". Finally asked another server for them. Food like I said is good but takes forever for a place that was not busy. I just don't get it. I will be calling the manager in the morning. Not to be rude but just to state concerns over service and hope it's better for others next time.

Unimpressed...first and last time I've been to this location. A server looked right at us when we came in and continued to mop the floor  we had to ask her if someone would seat us or were we supposed to seat ourselves. Our actual waitress was fine for the most part, not very attentive though. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, there was dried vomit on the wall behind the toilet that reeked like alcohol and a ring of it around the toilet bowl, so it's been there for sometime. The floors in the restaurant were filthy, appetizer was fine, entree was served cold and I've had better frozen wings...oh and it's way overpriced. Also some of the waitresses should try looking like they didn't just roll out of bed.

Meet here with fellow Panther fans every week to watch the games. The staff is awesome and are very attentive. Location is easy to get to and parking is plentiful. Food is good; lots of variety so if you don't care for something, there are plenty of things to try next time.

Ask for McKenzie as a server she is the hottest server they have and she makes sure your food comes out accurate clean and hot. And don't forget to tip her really good! because she does a better job than anybody at that location!
