My only complaint is the stores on the west side of town and I live on the east side. The food is pricey so expect to spend around 10 to 15 bucks on a 12inch sub, drink and chips but it's totally worth it because they have the best subs in town. Try the meatball sub it's amazing! 😁

This is the best place to get a SUB!!!we love Firehouse Subs in Morristown. They are so friendly and sweet when I come in. Great job to the crew best Firehouse Subs in Tennessee.

The cold subs we ordered were not as good as subway by far, the bread was hard.The meats all had a sweet taste that made the entire sandwich taste bad plus they forgot to add my mustard on one of them. All the fountain drinks had too much of a carbonated taste, couldn't drink them. We ordered my granddaughter a kids combo meal, basically for the fireman hat which we didn't get because they are out right now & worker didn't offer to substitute for anything else. All kids meals come with a toy well not at this place she told us we could come back another day for the free hat which wont happen since I live 45 min away. This place isn't anything to ride home about. That was our first & last trip. Prices are way to high for the low quality of food we were served. Bad experience all around.

First time to eat at firehouse subs. Husband ordered steak and cheese , no peppers. Got it loaded with green peppers. Brought it to attention of person working and got no response at all! No " I'm sorry" , nothing! Completely ignored. Did not care for Italian Sub. Do not care for sweet ham but I am at fault for that because I did read honey ham. Was disappointed.
