Zaxby's is always clean and the food is always made well and served hot. I've never ever had something wrong with my order or any kind of cleanliness issue such as a hair in my food. Zaxby's is amazing. I recommend the Zax Snacks plate. The seasoned fries are good and the Zaxby's dipping sauce is perfect for dipping anything and everything. Zaxby's even has one of those Coke machines with tons of flavors to mix into your drink or even make your own Coke creation.

I went there with some church friends Good Friday Night after Practice for Easter morning service. We walked in and the cold hit u as soon as we walked in. They had every fan in the place on full force and the air conditioner on. My friends and I asked why. All the person waiting on us did was smile. They had taken the drain out of the drink machine so it was very hard to use and they were not friendly. I went back up to the counter after we had ordered and told the girl there that she could be sure I would report the freezing conditions to management. I WILL NOT GO BACK. After I told her this another girl came out and said they had turned the heat on and it should be warm soon. It was 36 degrees outside. The air should have never been turned on. I dont go to restaurants where conditions are not satisfactory, and they werent.
