FOOD SAFETY VIOLATIONS!!! Placing boxes in floor is a food safety violation. Handling money, cash register and customer debit cards than touching the pizza is unsanitary! Watch them closely so they don't contaminate your food and make you sick.

The store was extremely dirty and messy, just plain nasty from the front door to the back of the store. Even the pizza warmer behind the cash register had greasy fingerprints all over it and pizza crumbs settled on the edges and pizza toppings were all over the floor throughout the store. Very unorganized and the employees, from the management team down to the pizza prepping employees, were very unprofessional. I have had several Pizza Hut pizzas in the past but not very recent lately and this did not even come close to tasting anything remotely close to Pizza Hut. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut ever again. Pizza plus, dominos, pizza villa and papa Johns will get my business as they have had for some time now.

You'd think with the new location they would offer better deals or a lunch menu. Most pizza huts in Knoxville offer some kind of lunch deals! The staff is never friendly and a personal pan pizza is overrated for what you get... I can go to little ceasars and get a large pizza for the same price or even better I can get a personal deep dish and a drink for $5 😋 You all need to get it together 🍕
