The worst pizza place to order from. The manager was a smart mouth that dont care about customer service and even said that he did not give a damn if i complained  or not he didnt  care. All of this because they did not get my order right. And he refused to make it right and said he would in 2 to 3 hours .the worst papa johns in tn the best thing about this is i recorded it all

Ok, so they messed up my pizza but they fixed it and got a free pie out of it.  Super busy but the were hustling and def appreciate them fixing me up on the quick.

This is the first time we have ordered since the last time we didn’t receive our pizza after waiting for over an hour and a half and until we went to pick it up. Now our first time ordering again it has taken over an hour and when I call to check on the progress I was asked to hold. After 8 minutes of being in hold I call from my other phone and the same guy answers and ask me to hold again! Uh no! I want to cancel my order! That was the last time I will be ordering from them!

Very great pizza. I all ways like Papa John's, I thank it's got a great taste, and is really good.

Worst overall service I've had from any papa johns nationwide and rude employee who has no business in a job dealing with the public. We will see what the upper management does if anything. Will not be back if they do nothing
