The NY Steamer was fantastic as was my mothers roast beef sandwich. The cashier completely misunderstood my sons sandwich order of just bacon and lettuce. He received a BLT with no lettuce at all, but the young man making the sandwiches fixed it for me without a complaint and actually made small talk while doing it. Yes the parking lot is a little bizarre but definitely worth putting up with. Only reason you didn't get 5 stars is because many of the hot sauces were missing and of those that were there over half were empty. I kid you not.

My first time at Firehouse subs.  Got a Firehouse Steak sub which was pretty good.
The only thing I didn't like was that the guy taking my order was licking the food off his fingers, I guess I interrupted his break because he was eating when I walked in,  and he was so mechanical in taking my order I almost asked him was he a Robot.  Here's hoping that his lack of manners and awareness of good customer service is the exception and not the rule.

This place is a disgrace to food period... one employee was scratching his nasty nappy head while serving the subs. The order was wrong to make it worst. And place was filthy. I would feel bad if cockroaches came here. If a manager sees this review feel free to contact me. You have A $#!ty sewer hole here. Order # 287782. Thank you for the worst food poisoning EVER!!!

Dont know how to cook a philly got home to a soggy sub with no cheese never going back there again should of known something was wrong when i got my sandwich in less than 3 mins the store wasnt even busy this place sucks

The staff was kind, but service was very slow. Also the food appeared to be very small in quantity. I don't like to say this, however for small food and slow service, they are too overpriced! 😱
