My experience started off to a rocky start. I sat at my table for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. 2 waiters passed me and said nothing. Finally the manager asked me had anyone taken care of me, I told him no and That I had been waiting for quite some time now. He immediately took my drink order and told me someone would be with me right away . Within three minutes my drink and fresh bread was being brought to my table . The waitress Kelly was friendly and apologetic, she told me she put a rush on my food . The food was brought to my table so fast and I was pleased at the taste , it was really good. A Little later the manager came to my table and asked if everything was OK he also told me that he was not charging me for my appetizer and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I was so pleased that they took the time to turn my experience there into a positive one. I will add again, the food tasted great.

This is a very consistent steak house. Now it's crowded on the weekends, so set expectations accordingly. The food meets the high standards of Longhorn, the staff is polite and the decor in the place is extensive. The only factor that avoids the 5th star would be the prices - that's set at a corporate office.

Went for lunch. My porterhouse was cooked perfect mid-rare, if a bit gristly. My Mothers filet was also perfect. My sons kid tenders looked like a full size portion compared to other places. Shrimp appetizer was actually larger than expected, even if it did only come out 4 minutes before our steaks. I work in food service and know stuff happens sometimes....Waitress was very nice. Only reason you didn't get 5 stars is the hostess looked upset because we were interrupting whatever she was doing on her phone when we walked in. No greeting, just a 'how many?' and a 'come on' and sat us. If I'm gonna drop $70 on lunch you better have a smile on your face when people walk through the door. This Longhorns has been around for decades and the cooks should get the credit for that.

The food was decent, my potato was old and cold, but the service was absolutely terrible. My friend and I were celebrating an occasion long in the making. Our server was Russell. He kept forgetting things we asked for, which we shouldn't have had to ask for. He was extremely slow. He never cleared the table of one dish the entire meal. When it came time to pay, he took my friend's credit card and was gone so long we asked about him. When he came back to our table he handed my friend the bill. The card was not in there and hadn't been run. Russell pulled the credit card out of his pocket and stated he had dropped it. What should have been at the least a pleasant experience turned out to be a dud. Longhorn has always been hit or miss. It was a big miss on this occasion.

We went tonight for my brothers birthday since he loves great steak and we had such a wonderful time thanks to our waiter Casey! He was amazing and so sweet and made our night perfect! Best visit to a steakhouse ever and Ill be going again!!!
