I went into Popeyes to get a 3 piece combo. The SHIFT MANAGER took my order and I noticed that the combo came up 40 cent more. I pointed it out to him and showed that on the board it was showing a different price. He argued with me and then finally understood what I was showing him. He then just stood there expecting me to pay the addition amount. I won't do that on the simple principle of the advertised price! This is a SHIFT MANAGER!! I said I wasn't going to pay the additional amount and his asked "You want me to cancel?" And then said have a good day. Are you kidding me?? You'll be out of business real quick with service like that. I'll never be back!

This is one of my son's favorite chicken place. Lavern remembers him when he comes in. The food is fresh for fried food and the staff is friendly. I have had a to go order that was missing biscuits.

This place sucks! I ordered 10 chicken breasts and only got 8! I paid for 10, this place is already expensive and I paid them $5 more than they deserved! Along with that we waited 20 minutes! This is an absolute outrage and I will never come back again!

Food was good but they cheated me out a piece of chicken. The girl seemed annoyed when I asked for just thighs and legs and probably did it on purpose. Had to wait forever but at least the food was good. Just annoyed by the lack of professionalism.

Restrauant  is  clean and  the  staff  is  friendly. the  portions  are  somewhat  small on  the  sides. but  have  had  no  problems  with the  taste  nor  preparation of  the  food.  perhaps  Day Enterprises [ KFC ] should  send  their  managers  to  train  at  Popeyes
