Worst Firehouse subs I've ever been to. I ordered a large sandwich with the combo (a 13+ dollar meal) the cashier failed to tell me that the soda dispenser was out of everything but diet. I got a bottled water as a consilation for my 3 dollar drink. Then when I get my sandwich, it hardly has any meat on it. I'm talking 1-2 slices thick across the whole sandwich. I've been to the Firehouse subs in Fredericksburg many times and had great experiences everytime. This location was the polar opposite and fully deserves 1 star

This is a Firehouse Subs... a chain shop that we think provides one of the freshest sub or salad offerings available. 

As compared to other sub shops, this place is not cheap but you do seem to get what you pay for. Crisp, fresh salad and trimmings with good dressings, and fresh bread on the subs with plenty of stuff packed inside.

In the area, this is our preferred Firehouse location... not sure why, but we feel that they salads are just a bit more packed into the container and the sub have just a tad more fixings inside. We rarely run into long waits here too, as it seems to always be staffed by at least three people. 

It sits on the corner of a strip mall location that people really only go to as a destination, and it is easy to miss if you do not already know it is there.  We were actually visiting the Red wing Boots store next door, and 'accidentally' found the place as we waited for our boots to be cleaned and oiled. Glad that we did.

Good fresh food. Nice, quick staff. Clean facility. Moderate sized strip-mall style parking lot.
